Q: Where are orders shipped from?
Depending on your location and product availability, your order may ship from our US or international warehouses.

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Q: How long does delivery take?

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package via our Track Order page.

Q: My tracking number doesn’t work. What should I do?
Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking info to update. If it still doesn’t work, contact us at support@organizingway.com.

Q: The tracking status shows 'Delivered' but I haven’t received my package.
In some cases, packages are marked as delivered when they reach your local post office. Please wait a few days or contact your local postal service. If the issue persists, reach out to us.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide.


🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If your item arrives damaged, email us at support@organizingway.com with a photo or video. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong variant?
Please contact us immediately at support@organizingway.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try our best to update it. Once shipped, we cannot change the address or variant, and refunds will not be issued for such errors.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update your address. Contact us as soon as possible.

Q: My package is stuck in customs. What should I do?
Customs processing varies by country. Please contact your local customs office directly. Organizingway is not responsible for customs delays or duties.
