• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners to deliver orders as quickly as possible, certain delays may be outside of our control.

Delivery may be affected by:

• High seasonal order volumes

• Shipping carrier delays

• Customs processing

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Other unforeseen transportation issues

For international orders, customs clearance may also affect the final delivery time.
